Animal-assisted Occupational Therapy for Neurodivergent Youth

WELCOME

Hi, I’m Tahli 👋—an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist and the founder of Free to be OT.

I support children, teens, and young adults through neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based therapy. Some sessions also include my therapy dog-in-training, Flicka the Border Collie.

MEET FLICKA

Flicka, my Border Collie, is currently completing her therapy dog training. She’s playful, soulful, and already brings a calming presence to the farm. She loves fetch (especially with her Mike Wazowski toy), trips to the forest, and long naps in her cosy nook.

Therapy Partner-in-Training

In therapy, she helps bring laughter, comfort, and motivation—and reminds us that everyone has their own ways of feeling calm and safe.
